Acting as a lawyer/advocate or defender in litigation cases faced by clients either before a court of law or arbitration or in resolving cases by deliberation:
A. Handling of Civil Issues:
1) Study the documents related to the case and develop a strategy to deal with the case;
2) Giving and/or responding to subpoenas; and
3) Conduct negotiations to reach peace outside the court.
Handling of civil cases at the District Court level In the event that cases cannot be resolved amicably outside the court, represent and defend the client’s interests before the District Court to:
1) Compile and submit response documents at each stage of case examination at the District Court level trial;
2) Prepare the documents needed in the evidentiary stage at trial;
3) Compile the documents needed in the stage of examining witnesses at the trial; and
4) During the trial process, try to make peace between the fathers.
B. Handling of Criminal Issues::
1) Accompanying/representing clients submitting reports of criminal acts on cases at the designated police station;
2) Accompanying witnesses from the client in every examination at the police;
3) Submitting documents and/or letters in an effort to submit an Application relating to the case in question;
4) Provide legal advice outside of the examination as long as it is related to the case in question;
5) Take other actions deemed necessary in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations; and
6) Monitor the progress of the investigation and investigation process
